From the recently released IMF report - "World Economic Outlook - Sustaining the Recovery"
c4.pdf (application/pdf Object).
"Looking ahead, the timing for the withdrawal of the extraordinary amount of monetary and fiscal stimulus that has been implemented in many countries will be important. On the one hand, a premature exit could stifle the recovery. On the other hand, delaying the withdrawal of stimulus could be inflationary."
How thinks the government will get this right?
My expectations is the government will err on the side of delaying a withdrawal, thus I continue to hedge expectations of inflation.
