that John has acquired the outstanding
stock of Brighton Financial Planning, Inc. effective 12/31/2009. We believe the
acquisition by John will ensure the
legacy of sound financial planning and prudent investment management
established by Jim over the past 25

Sree and Lorraine will continue with Brighton to ensure a seamless transition of management
responsibilities.
